THERESA MILTON
Theresa is a native of Northern Wisconsin but has made Arizona her home for the past three decades. She has a background in data analytics working in both corporate America and higher education. Theresa earned her MBA in 2012 and is the President of Paragon Signworks.

TOM MILTON
Tom is a Phoenix native and spent time serving in public office on the Phoenix City Council. Like Theresa, Tom has also spent time in corporate America where he worked in areas of government and media relations. He was a member of Valley Leadership, Class 20. Tom is the Vice President of Paragon Signworks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Earlier in their careers, both Theresa and Tom worked at The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix for nearly ten years. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is an industry leader in providing high-quality customer service. Theresa and Tom are very proud of the training they received and continue to observe the same core principles when it comes to the customers they serve at Paragon Signworks.
